The Story of Our Inspired Beginning

In 2011, Adam & Frank Golden set out to build the family of their dreams by beginning their own surrogacy journey. After months of Surrogate matching, egg donor selection, legal agreements, and fertility clinic appointments, they were finally ready for the next big step.

By February 2012, Adam & Frank were at the fertility center for an embryo transfer that would become a life-changing moment. After an emotional two-week wait, their Surrogate was confirmed pregnant. Nine months later, baby Sophia was born and placed into the arms of her two loving Dads.

A few years later, they completed additional surrogacy journeys and welcomed baby Silas in 2016, completing their family. That deeply personal experience inspired Adam & Frank to help others pursue the same path to parenthood through Golden Surrogacy.

Meet Frank Golden

Founder & Agency Director

Frank is the principal Founder of Golden. He actually started and ran the company for the first three years of its existence without any other staff. Yup, that’s right! Frank was the sales guy, surrogate recruiter, support liaison – all of it. Talk about passion and energy! All major initiatives that stir the company’s direction have been his brainchild since day one.

Fun Facts:

Grew up an avid fisherman loving the outdoors
Played many musical instruments, Oboe being his favorite
Loves beach vacations, but longs for more European travel
Ideal evenings are lowkey inspired by good food and drink
Is more of a creative vs analytical thinker (lefty brain here!)

Meet Adam Golden

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Adam is our backbone at Golden. He was the one who initially planted the idea into Frank’s head that he could run a surrogacy agency. Eventually, Frank asked him to leave his IT job to join the company fulltime. Adam took over the accounting, payroll, HR, and infrastructure duties to become the head guy in-charge of operations. He is our onsite genius for many things we do on a daily basis.

Loves adventure travel and seeing new cultures
