Basic Surrogate Requirements
- Ages 23–37
- Healthy body weight
- Previous live birth
- Uncomplicated pregnancy history
- No more than 3 prior deliveries
- No more than 1 prior C-section
- Excellent overall health
- Stable, supportive home environment
- Non-smoker
- No drug use

Application Review and Outreach
Our Surrogate Intake Team will contact you by text and email to arrange a time to speak and determine whether your baseline qualifications appear aligned with Golden’s program. Please respond promptly so we can continue processing your application.

Initial Conversation
During your scheduled conversation, our team will learn more about your pregnancy history, support system, goals, and readiness for a Surrogacy Journey. You will also have time to ask questions and learn more about Golden’s process.

Screening Coordination
Later screening may include professional medical-record collection, Maternal-Fetal Medicine review, IVF-clinic review, psychological assessment, background screening, and additional eligibility review. Golden coordinates these steps but does not directly review medical records or provide medical clearance.
