In 2011, Adam & Frank Golden set out to build the family of their dreams by beginning their own surrogacy journey. After months of Surrogate matching, egg donor selection, legal agreements, and fertility clinic appointments, they were finally ready for the next big step.

By February 2012, Adam & Frank were at the fertility center for an embryo transfer that would become a life-changing moment. After an emotional two-week wait, their Surrogate was confirmed pregnant. Nine months later, baby Sophia was born and placed into the arms of her two loving Dads.

Golden Surrogacy helps Intended Parents build their families through Premium Surrogate Sourcing guided by Enhanced Surrogate Criteria, Premium Surrogate Pre-Screening, thoughtful matching, and complete journey management. Our team coordinates the major legal, medical, financial, and relationship milestones from consultation through delivery.

Golden’s two primary Intended Parent pathways are Golden Signature and Golden Guarantee.

Golden Signature is Golden’s premium Variable Cost Surrogacy pathway. It has an estimated journey planning total of approximately $230,000 for Intended Parents who already have embryos created and experience a straightforward journey. Because Golden Signature is a Variable Cost pathway, Golden recommends Intended Parents have $300,000+ available before beginning.

Golden Guarantee is Golden’s All-In Fixed Cost Surrogacy pathway at $275,000 for covered journey expenses under the program agreement. Golden Guarantee excludes IVF, egg donation, embryo creation, genetic testing, embryo storage, newborn medical expenses, multiples, and special requests or circumstances outside the program terms.

The actual amount spent may vary depending on program selection, the Surrogate match, insurance, legal requirements, IVF clinic needs, embryo status, and other journey-specific factors.

Golden’s process begins with Premium Surrogate Sourcing focused on candidates who meet our Enhanced Surrogate Criteria. Before match presentation, each candidate completes Premium Surrogate Pre-Screening, which includes medical-record review, OB clearance, psychological assessment, a virtual home visit, insurance review, delivery-hospital and NICU verification, Maternal-Fetal Medicine screening review, and preliminary fertility-clinic acceptance.

This expanded review helps Intended Parents move forward with greater confidence in the candidate’s readiness, clinic alignment, and suitability for the journey.

The average lead time for matching with a Golden Surrogate can vary between 6 and 12 months depending on your preferences, clinical factors, and current recruiting conditions. Because Golden prioritizes quality over quantity, we focus on presenting strong, well-screened matches rather than rushing the process. Our goal is to create a thoughtful match that your reproductive endocrinologist can confidently review and approve.
