A promising referral is generally a woman who has a healthy pregnancy and delivery history, dependable support, and a genuine interest in helping another family. Golden makes the final qualification decision through its complete application and screening process.

What She Can Expect
Why Refer Someone to Golden?
Compensation She Can Verify
A minimum $70,000 first-time Surrogate compensation and benefits package, including a standard $20,000 benefits package. Approximately $12,500 is normally paid from that package before pregnancy is confirmed, with transparent payment timing.
A Match She Chooses
Matching at Golden is mutual. She reviews Intended Parent profiles, discusses communication expectations, and both parties agree before the journey moves forward.
Independent Protections
Independent legal representation, independent escrow administration, and maternity insurance support coordinated through third-party professionals when coverage is needed.
Coordination and Personal Support
Dedicated journey coordination for travel, monitoring, appointments, and billing, with personal support that continues through recovery.

- To qualify for a referral fee, the referrer’s first and last name must be entered by the referred applicant in the "Who referred you?" field on her initial Surrogate application. Golden must receive that information with the initial application.
- Referred applicants must not be a current or past team member or surrogate of Golden Surrogacy.
- Golden Surrogacy is not responsible for the independent actions, statements, or conduct of a referrer.
- Referrers may not misuse Golden Surrogacy trademarks, logos, content, or other intellectual property.
- Referrers may not make unauthorized representations, promises, or claims about Golden Surrogacy, its programs, or its outcomes.
- The referrer shall act as an independent contractor and shall have no authority to obligate or bind Golden Surrogacy in any respect.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will constitute or be construed as constituting or creating an agency, partnership or employer/employee relationship between you and Golden Surrogacy.
- Any referrer earning $600 or more annually through the program must complete a W-9.
- Paid partners who are represented through a third-party marketing firm are not eligible to participate in the program.
