Golden Surrogacy’s referral program is designed for people who want to help connect qualified women with the opportunity to become a Surrogate. If someone you refer applies and ultimately reaches embryo transfer, you may earn a $5,000 referral fee when program requirements are met.

It is a meaningful way to support family building while sharing an opportunity that can make a real difference in someone’s life.


Directions

  • Share the link to Golden’s surrogate application page on your blog, social media, online community, or by email.
  • You may also refer women in person at events, gatherings, or through personal conversations.
  • Please do not spam, solicit inappropriately, or violate the rules of any platform or community.
  • When the applicant applies, she must enter your first and last name in the “Who referred you?” field.
  • Your name must appear on the initial application in order to qualify.
  • Golden pays $5,000 per referred applicant within 30 days of embryo transfer when program requirements are met.
  • There is no cap on the number of referrals or the amount you can earn.

 

Terms & Conditions

When referring applicants to the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Referred applicants must not be a result of you disseminating spam.
  • Referred applicants must not be a current or past team member or surrogate of Golden Surrogacy.
  • Golden Surrogacy is not responsible for your actions with our link or materials.
  • You agree not to use any of our trademarks or intellectual property or make any representations, warranties or other statements concerning Golden Surrogacy, our website or any of our services or policies, except as detailed in these Terms & Conditions.
  • You shall act as an independent contractor and shall have no authority to obligate or bind Golden Surrogacy in any respect.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will constitute or be construed as constituting or creating an agency, partnership or employer/employee relationship between you and Golden Surrogacy.
  • Any referrer earning $600 or more annually will need to complete a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification).
  • Paid partners being represented through a 3rd party marketing firm are not eligible for this program.
