Choosing the Same Egg Donor for Sibling Journeys: Is it Worth it?

For Adam and I, having both of our children genetically related through the same egg donor was incredibly important. But remember, it ultimately comes down to personal preference.⁠

At Golden, we highly recommend having a minimum of three PGT (genetically normal) embryos per match when starting your surrogacy journey. This is crucial. If you’re considering a sibling journey in the future, having at least six PGT embryos genetically related to each other or from the same egg donor would be ideal. However, it all depends on what matters most to you.⁠
